See the World Through Your Customers’ Eyes

Being “customer focused” is about seeing life (and your business) through your customers’ eyes. Think about how you would like to be treated, and:

1. What information you would find useful?
2. How you can make life easier for your customers?

Important considerations if you are serious about thinking and taking your business dynamics outside the box.

Negative Feedback = Positive Customer Service

Great feedback about your business is wonderful – for your customers and your ego! But negative feedback can also be a powerful way to improve service to your customers and have them raving about you. So ask your customers -

1. What they like least about your business?

Review their answers and make any changes you can, to fix their perceived problem. Then, and most important, go back to your customers to tell them what you’ve found out, how you fixed their problem, and why you fixed it. They’ll love you for it!
