Put a Shirt on your Back for Charity

3 Wise Men has come up with a kind way for customers to support a worthy cause that won’t cost the shirt off their back this summer.

The Kiwi menswear retailer has designed two new limited edition “Cameron Wilson” shirts as part of its new summer collection, with profits going to the charity that is the shirts’ namesake.

The Cameron Wilson Trust was set up in memory of a delightful and inspiring young man, Cameron Wilson, who died of cancer in 2008 at just 14 years of age. The Trust provides financial assistance to help meet the day-to-day expenses of New Zealand families with children suffering from cancer.

Twenty dollars from the purchase of every 3 Wise Men Cameron Wilson shirt will go directly to the Trust. 3 Wise Men will add four new colourful limited edition Cameron Wilson Shirts to its extensive menswear collection every year.

"We are extremely proud to be aligned with this cause, which is one that sits very close to our hearts ‒ and to be offering our customers the opportunity to support the charity by purchasing a shirt from our new collection.

"There are so many great causes out there but, being a family man, the opportunity to support the Cameron Wilson Trust and give back to other families felt like the right choice for me."

The summer 2011/12 Cameron Wilson shirts will be available online and in 3 Wise Men stores nationwide from 1 October for $120 each.
