1. What's your proudest achievement so far?
My son, he is able to make the most challenging days seem easy when I come home and he shouts "Dadda, Dadda " from the top of the stairs.

2. Is NZ ready to become a republic and leave the safety of the Commonwealth?
Not something I have really thought about ......

3. Which team or individual will provide our best result at the Commonwealth Games in India?
Personally I want to say "the Team" as Kiwis we bring the best results when we have genuine support  for each other which shows through i.e All Blacks wearing All Whites shirts for the World Cup and interviews of the atheletees supporting there colleagues.

4. How many skin and beauty products do you use every morning (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, shave cream, balm, moisturiser etc)?
To be honest I use what the wife buys me... Roll on de-oderant (for men), Shampoo (1 bottle not this 2 bottles and conditioner) and of course hair wax (and lots of it)

5. How much time do you spend online each day including social networking?
When the boss isn't in the office probably a lot more than I should, but then it is all work related checking the Company facebook page, isn't it?

6. What do you do to chill out?
I play football with the lads every Monday night in Queenstown, or sit back and put on a DVD which seems to be "Thomas the Tank engine" or "In the night Garden" with my son .... and then when he's in bed I watch the old "A Team" series "It's all about the Jazz" always topped off with a glass of wine.

7. Best advise you were given to overcome a difficult issue at work?
"Experience is something you gain just after you needed it"

8. How do we fix our national pastime of dismissing the tall poppies in our communities?
I think that we do this because the Kiwi mentality is that we can all become the tall poppy. Changing attitudes is just us striving to be that achievement or person.

9. Is there a company or organisation you would like to be part of at the moment?
I would like to be in the company of the "ALL WHITES" during the World Cup because the experience must be awesome.

10. What's your guilty pleasure each day?
A beer at the end of the day
