JOKE: Where is God?

A couple had two mischievous little boys, aged eight and ten. The two were always getting into trouble and their parents could be sure that whenever there was any trouble in the neighbourhood it was the boys. Desperate to set them on the straight and narrow they turned to the clergy. The local clergyman agreed to show the children the error of their ways. He asked to see the boys individually, and the eight-year-old was sent to meet with him first. The clergyman sat the boy down look him in the eye and asked him sternly, "Where is God?"

The boy stayed silent, so the clergyman repeated the question in an even firmer tone, "Where is God?"

The boy remained silent, so the clergyman raised his voice even more and raised his hand in the air, "WHERE IS GOD?"

Freaking out, the boy ran from the room, not stopping until he was safely at home and slammed himself in his closet. His older brother followed him into the closet and said, "What happened?"

The younger brother replied, "We are in a whole lot of trouble this time. God is missing and they think we did it!"
