What do you do to work out and train?
I get so bored exercising, I really do. I hate working out so I just do anything that keeps me from wanting to kill myself when I am in the gym, listening to my music on level 100 so that I feel that my hearing is gone when I have finished. I watch TV, read a magazine, I will be gabbing, chatting to somebody next to me, anything to keep my mind off what I’m doing. I do the stairs, I ride the bike, I run, I lift weights, I just like to keep it moving, so I’ll do five minutes here, five minutes there, five minutes somewhere else and eventually, I’ve been there for half an hour and I can go home.

What is on your iPod when you work out?
I usually listen to hip hop or rock.  Mellow music doesn’t really work, except for stretching.

How different is this film from the first, would you say?
It feels more mature. It is bigger. The special effects are much more sophisticated. There are more action sequences and the relationships are more developed. In the first one, we had to establish the group’s origins.  We were all trying to set the stage for what the Fantastic Four are all about and what the series could promise people and so half the battle was just trying to set up the story. And then once we had done that, the ball was rolling and the action began. In this one, we are super heroes from the get-go so we can jump right into the action. It’s great; it feels faster and better.
