Bodywall is a whole new way to fitness. The system is made up of three main components. The fitness wall itself, the gloves shoes and training tools and a range of training programmes of which there are already over 500 exercises, which can be combined into endless routines.

It's a super-fast acting training system that allows you to lose weight quickly, build strength, tone and flex in much shorter times than conventional training. Using force supplied by your own muscles the system provides a low impact, high intensity workout, utilising your limbs and core at the same time, burning fat and toning your entire body.

Training sessions are with a qualified personal trainer and the company has developed sport specific equipment so that virtually all sports can be catered for with special adaptors for reproducing exact actions and loads with codes as diverse as rugby, cricket, tennis, golf, hockey, netball, skiing, boxing, kickboxing, weightlifting and many more.

A fitness testing regimen has also been developed to ensure the system is able to meet the rigorous standards of modern professional sports teams and physiotherapists.
