Big Trucks

Volvo , Ford and Mack truck with a double trailer are supposed to be the biggest truck in the world but they are not.

Mining trucks are the real monsters which are 21 feet high and 48 ft long.

You can visualise it as is a moving office block.The driver sits in the cockpit as high as the height of a second story house.

The images shown here are those of a Caterpillar 797F Mining Trucks.

Its weight is more than one million pounds (453,592 kilograms). It can carry and dump more than 300 tons of material in the back.

It produces more than 4,000 horsepower to move all that mass. Its maximum speed is 67 km/h.
