Victorinox re-launches classic Swiss Army knives to mark their 125th Anniversary. 125 years since Karl Elsner first opened a small workshop, Victorinox has transformed into a global enterprise. Best known for their Swiss Army knives, the Swiss company is celebrating their 125th Anniversary Victorinox by re-launching four classics from the Swiss Army range. The re-launched models are: The Classic model, the Climber, the CyberTool, and the SwissCard. The re-released editions are distinguished by a gold Victorinox emblem and the anniversary logo on the blade.

No doubt the most sought after in the collection will be the replica of the original knife first given to the Army in 1891. "Multi-functionality" may be a buzz word with every product on the market today but back then, the tool's ability to combine various functions was well ahead of its time. Since then, the innovative nature of their designs has continued to evolve; the Swiss Army range features everything from corkscrews to USB sticks.

While the knives still come in the classic red, a variety of other colours is also available. Though if you happen to be buying one in Switzerland, you might want to pick one up in white; it’s the only place in the world where you can get one.
